Who We Are
Our ministry is a ministry of coach/consulting. Dr. West is a certified pastoral coach and church consultant through the South Carolina Baptist Convention. He is a member of the Society for Church Consulting. Dr. West served for 33 years in pastoral ministry in the local church. He is also a certified Transitional Pastor. He is an author and writes a regular blog on pastoral leadership for ChurchCentral.com
